This skill depends on memory for its primary, and Intelligence for its secondary training time attribute, and will require Industry trained to level 3 before Production Efficiency may be learned.
Accepting the mission, I quickly open the market panel for 1MN Afterburner and purchase on for 8,787.99 credits, well worth the eleven thousand I will net as bonus, which I may have needed more time to acquire the second afterburner in another manner. It takes me a matter of seconds to fulfill the request for Balancing the Books (9 of 10) and provides me with my rewards.
